This 2-level 7,120 sf medical office building is situated on a sloping site in the Kansas City suburbs. The main floor includes 9 treatment chairs for the general dental practice. The sloped roofs and materials invoke a modern yet warm/familiar presence. This blend of commercial and residential is to provide patients with an inviting and reassuring experience.

The main lobby and patient areas are open to the clerestories, with exposed wood timbers and wood deck. The walk out lower level is utilitzed for staff, storage and mechanical functions.
