This major renovation of a Toyota/Scion dealership was accomplished in three phases, so that facility operations could continue thru construction. Phase 1 provided expansion and renovation of the Service and Parts Departments on the rear of the building. Phase 2 renovated the showroom and customer areas thru a complete demo of the front of the building, and rebuilding to current Toyota image guidelines. Additionally, the site display areas and surface parking areas were expanded and enhanced. Phase 3 included a renovation of the customer waiting area, parts department, and a 15,000sf 2-story addition to the west end for expansion of the service department, incluiding a drive-thru car wash.

The exteriors include stucco on the rear building portions, and tailored aluminum panels on the showroom. An internally-lit white signage portal is the focal point of the front facade.
