This 99 acre, 880,000 sf multi-building retail complex is located at the prominent crossroads of I-25 and US-60 north of Denver. DeGasperi & Associates has been involved as Developer's sole architect since inception and early planning of the overall mixed use Development, and continues thru build-out and occupancy. D&A has provided Land Planning, Architecture, and interior finishes. The project masterplan includes 3 'power striips' totaling 660,000 sf, 9 multi-tenant strip retail buildings totaling 155,000 sf, and 15 outlots.
The 202,000 sf east power strip is complete, which include a Murdochs Store and a Woods Supermarket. Design is also complete for 4 multi-tenant buildings that are underway totaling 80,000 sf. D&A has served as Architect for a Starbucks and Heartland Dental pad buildings.
D&A also served as the Architect for the 6 building 500 unit apartment complex to the east, which includes 2 cluhouses.

D&A designed most of the site amenities and plazas for the Center.
The center features a contemporary style, utilizing stone veneers, rich-colored stuccos, tower elements.
