This 9,000 sf multi-tenant office building is situated on a busy thoroughfare in the Kansas City suburbs. The dynamic roof shape was created to attract attention and set a modern tone for the tenants. The main tenant and developer is an insurance agent, and the adjacent tenant is a Chiropractor.

Each tenant office space is open to the soaring structure, and mezzanines along the high sides take advantage of the expansive clerestory windows.
