This mulit-building retail complex is located at the prominent crossroads of I-25 and US-34 north of Denver. DeGasperi & Associates has been involved as Developer's sole architect for the overall mixed-use Development since inception and early planning, and continued thru build-out and occupancy. D&A has provided Land Planning, Architecture, and interior finishes for 3 major box stores totaling 183,000 sf and 5 strip retail buildings totaling 110,000 sf. D&A also served as the Architect for the 240 unit apartment complex to the South.
D&A has designed and built the three new 'big box' stores, including At Home, Burlingtons and Hobby Lobby. The five new multi-tenant strip buildings which include tenants such as Ulta, Tuesday Morning, and many restaurants and smaller mercantile stores.
D&A also designed much of the site amenities and plazas for the Center.
The center features a contemporary style, utilizing stone veneers, rich-colored stuccos, tower elements.
