This 4-building retail complex is located at the prominent 121st & Metcalf corner in south Overland Park. DeGasperi & Associates has been involved from inception of the development, providing Land Planning, Architecture, and interior finishes for a majority of the tenants.

Included in Phase 1 of the development are two main multi-tenant buildings that serve as the 'backdrop'; a 9,000sf building and a 27,000 sf main building. A Sonic Drive-In and a Car Wash are located on front pads, and completed in Phase 2.

The center features an upscale 'Country-Tuscan' inspired Architecture, utlizing stone veneers, rich-colored stuccos, and concrete barrel-tile roofs on the roofs, towers and sloped canopies.
