This 80-acre, 1 million squar foot Mixed-Use Development is located along the bustling 135th Street Corridor. D&A was involved from inception for Land Planning and Architecture for the entire Rezoning and Development Plan Approval Process.

The Masterplanned Development is comprised of a West Phase and East Phase, each 40 acres. Construction has begun on the Phase 1 West Site. Shopping Districts are planned along 135th Street, with Office Districts in the internal areas. Condo Buildings, Villas, and  and Senior Living Facilities are planned adjacent to existing residential neighborhoods.

The entire development features an upscale 'Tuscan' inspired Architecture, with a pedestrian-rich environment of loggias, intimate courtyards, pergolas and fountains. The buildings are rendered in rich textures, natural materials and ornament....highlighting the myriad of Italian-inspired facades, towers and other elements.
